TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Per Hour Rate on Recording/Mixing Sessions is for Labor Only.  Labor is defined as the time and work put forth by the session engineer/operator.  This may include, but is not limited to; music composition, vocal and instrument recording, mixing, editing, audio design work, project planning, creative input, set up, bouncing to digital audio format, CD burning, and finally getting the recording down to the satisfaction of the client(s).

ATL Sound Studio now offers the Auto-Tune EFX plugin through Pro Tools 8.  Auto-Tune EFX is the quickest,easiest, most user-friendly tool for real-time pitch correction and creating the Auto-Tune Vocal Effect (made popular by artists such as T-Pain and Lil Wayne) using presets and powered by Evo Voice Processing Technology.

So whether you are a singer and need a little help getting your vocal arrangement to match the melody or looking for that Auto-Tuned/T-Pain effect on your vocals, we gotcha covered!

Charges for Lease of Track or for Purchase of Exclusive Rights of Track

All Lease or Purchase of Exclusive Rights prices INCLUDE RECORDING AND MIXING SESSION TIME!!! This means that if you decide to get a track from us, it cost you NO extra money for session time to record it and get it mixed how you want!

*These prices are agreed upon during the initial project planning process and are on a case-by-case basis considering our asking price and artist(s) budget.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?
With a lease, you can use the track for demo CDs, online profiles, live performance, to shop to labels… basically you can use it for anything except to sell it.  The point of a lease is to offer music at a discounted rate, and if you get picked up by a label you can come back and purchase the exclusive rights if the track has not been purchased by another party.  With the purchase of exclusive rights, the track is yours to sell and all of the above.

Our hours of operation are by appointment only.

Normal hours may vary for booking based on pre-existing scheduled appointments, but typical availability is as follows:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays: 8pm – 11pm available for meetings and 1-3 hour sessions
• Saturdays: 6pm – Midnight available for all sessions
• Sundays: 10am – 4pm and 8pm – 11pm available for all sessions

There is no availability outside of this list except under special circumstance.

As we all know, this business is primarily driven by networking and word-of-mouth, so I propose a reward system that will benefit both my clients and myself.

For every Quality Referral*, you will get 1 Hour of FREE Session Time for any of the services we offer …Wow!  Whatta Deal!

*A quality referral must meet all of the following requirements:

• The referred client must be new to Audio Track Lounge Sound Studio
• The referred client must pay for a minimum of 2 hours of session time
• The referred client must inform me of who referred them

4. Using a registered PayPal account

• If paying with a Credit Card or Bank Debit Card, NO PayPal account is required.  Payment can be made from an email invoice that we send to you.  You are then directed to PayPal’s safe and secure payment processing site.  It’s fast and easy!
